Sustainable wine-centric restaurant bringing wine country to South End this month
Charlotte, NC (RestaurantNews.com) The wait is almost over, Queen City! Get ready to be transported to wine country as Sixty Vines, the restaurant known for its commitment to sustainability through its wine-on-tap program and vineyard-inspired food, will open its first North Carolina location on August 21.
Located at 1415 Vantage Park Drive, the all-new Sixty Vines location in Charlotte offers a relaxed dining experience featuring an exciting array of shareable bites and seasonal entrées inspired by vineyards around the world and complemented by a selection of 60 wines on tap. The Charlotte location, spanning over 11,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 350, boasts a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, including a greenhouse perfect for hosting private celebrations and an additional private dining room with audio visual capabilities that seats sixteen.

Sixty Vines takes guests on an adventure by selecting pours by the flight, half glass, glass, or bottle to pair with plates for every palate. Guests are encouraged to experience abundance with friends and family in true wine country fashion over custom charcuterie boards, hand-tossed pizzas, live fire grilled protiens and more. Additionally, private dining spaces will be available for guests to host social gatherings, nonprofit events and celebrate special occasions.
The new Sixty Vines in Charlotte will be open Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m, Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. In addition, brunch will be offered Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
